Archive Boxes

Welcome to the Archive Boxes section of HuntOffice.co.uk. Archive boxes are extremely useful whether you’re moving house, moving office or simply need to file or archive some documents. Here on Huntoffice you will find a wide range of strong archive boxes in a selection of sizes to suit all of your storage and archiving needs. The archive boxes available here on Huntoffice are from top quality brands such as R-Kive, Smartbox, Fellowes, Intensive and 5 Star.

Archive boxes at work:

• Archive boxes are extremely useful to have around the office. Many businesses need to keep records for a certain length of time but obviously would not have room to keep all of these records in their office filing cabinet. This is where archive boxes come in. Old records that are not used on a regular basis but need to be kept in case they’re needed for future reference can be stored in archive boxes and accessed if needed.

• No need to worry if lack of storage space is an issue as many of the archive boxes available here on Huntoffice can be stacked on top of each other as they come with lids. This will of course depend on the load; heavier boxes should be stacked on the bottom. We also have archive storage drawers in stock which gives a tidier look to the archived documents and also makes them more accessible.

• The archive boxes in this section come flat packed which are very quickly and easily assembled. They all have handles for ease of carrying also. They come in a range of sizes; some are specifically designed to hold A4 lever arch files or foolscap files. For heavier items we have heavy duty boxes with an extra strong construction to ensure the safe transportation of heavy files.

Archive boxes at home:

• If you’re moving home archive boxes are an essential item to have. We have archive boxes which come in packs of 5 up to large packs of 20 meaning you will have plenty of room for all your precious household items. With a lid to protect the contents from rain and dust you can ensure all of your items will remain safe during the move. Don’t forget to label each box! This will make unpacking much quicker and easier.

• Even if you’re not moving home archive boxes are still very handy to have, you never know when you need to store items like books or photographs for example. If you do have old photographs you need to store safely we have a photo store box specifically designed for that purpose as it has individual slots and room to store over 500 prints, keeping your precious memories safe and dust free. Another advantage of having archive boxes at hand in the home is the fact that they’re flat packed so extremely easy to store until they’re needed. Available for delivery throughout the UK, including to Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Galway.

about  5 Star Lever Arch Files Storage Box A4 White and Red 10 Pack
"I was looking for durable storage boxes that we could use to archive documents at our office. I was delighted to find this 5 star product as it is competitive on price and the black and whit colors on it look quite nice as well. The sorage box takes any a4 documents but we mostly keep lever arch files in it. It comes in a pack of 10 - it is all flat packed so you can store them easily until you need to use one."

about 5 Star Lever Arch Files Storage Box A4 White and Red 10 Pack
"I was moving offices recently and realised before I started moving my files that I would need something over than old cardboard boxes and filing cabinet to move them. The 5 star I rang huntoffice uk and they were very helpful. They recommended these storage boxes. Lever Arch Files Storage Box are just what I needed they worked a trick. Thanks Huntoffice."

about 5 Star Lever Arch Files Storage Box A4 White and Red 10 Pack
"I work on reception in a small opticians practice and as our filing cabinet was getting full recently we decided to have a clear out of old customers to make room and to leave regular and new customers filed at reception. These storage boxes are ideal, each box once assembled holds a huge amount. Sturdy box too because the files once all together were extremely heavy it took 2 of us to lift it. We've only managed to use 3. We would have probably been better off ordering them singly as we weren't expecting them to be as big as they were. Anyway definitely not complaining we've stored the spare ones away until we find a use for them, which I'm sure we will eventually!"

	Sarah Thomas
about 5 Star Lever Arch Files Storage Box A4 White and Red 10 Pack
"My only issue with these storage boxes is the fact you've to put them together yourself but to be fair because it's a pack of 10 they were hardly going to come fully assembled! Once I managed to assemble the first one the rest were very easy to put together, just fold the flaps into place where the instructions say and before you know it you have a very strong sturdy box! It states in the description that the box can hold 5 A4 lever arch files which it probably can because once put together it is quite large. I recently moved so I used them to transport various items like books and DVD's. The boxes held up brilliantly, not one of them gave way. I know you can get boxes anywhere but what makes these unique is the lid that comes with each box, which you also have to assemble of course. It just makes it very handy if you're using them to store items, the boxes can be stacked on top of each other which saves a lot of space. I haven't used them all so the ones I have spare are packed flat which also saves much needed space. I know I'll need them at some stage but it's good to know I have them stored away safely for when I do."

	Sean Larkin
about 5 Star Lever Arch Files Storage Box A4 White and Red 10 Pack
"These 5 star storage boxes are the best value for money I have ever used. Less than €2.00 each. I was afraid they would not be the 295276 version when I saw the price but they are, no question about it."

	Sharon S
about 5 Star Lever Arch Files Storage Box A4 White and Red 10 Pack
"Very handy storage boxes. I'm using them at the moment to store documents and old school books. Fairly durable for the price, no problems at all when moving the boxes they held the items and with the 10 that came in the pack I have more than enough. Easily stored away the ones I'm not using are packed flat."

	Louise Donnelly
about  5 Star Lever Arch Files Storage Box A4 White and Red 10 Pack
"We moved house recently so this pack of 10 storage boxes were ideal. I was delighted to discover that they were stronger than I expected. I managed to fit all of our lever arch files into one of the storage boxes leaving the other 9 for other bits and pieces such as clothes. Each of the storage boxes come with lids which is perfect for storing and stacking on top of each other."

	Havass Alisz
about 5 Star Lever Arch Files Storage Box A4 White and Red 10 Pack
"When you work in the reception desk of a hotel for a few months over the summer, you would be surprised how much clutter builds up. The hotel duty manager requested a big clear up for the reception area as it was starting to look an eye sore when guests would come to check in. I first started by filing old documents and then ordered Lever Arch Files Storage Box from Hunt office. Each storage box can fit 5 A4 Lever Arch Files. Needless to say the Pack of 10 was not long disappearing."
