Subject Dividers

Subject Dividers are card dividers used to separate documents in a ring binder or lever arch file. Subject Dividers are used on a daily basis in offices, homes, schools and colleges. Using subject dividers will help you to organize your files and will help you to find the document you want quickly, easily and efficiently. Subject Dividers have tabs along the side which allow for easy navigation through large folders. Most subject dividers are multi punched making them suitable for any folder size. The most common type of tabs on subject dividers are numbered, alphabetical, monthly and plain coloured tabs. Depending on the volume of documents you want to file, you can choose from a huge range of different sized packs; these range from 5 part up to 200 part for large filing systems. Subject Dividers are also available in popular sizes which include A4, A3 and A5 to suit a range of folders, ring binders and lever arch files. So whether you’re a student, home user or working in an office you will find subject dividers to suit your requirements here on Huntoffice, all of which can be delivered to anywhere in the UK, including Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Galway.

Types of Subject Dividers:

• Numeric Subject Dividers – Numbered subject dividers are ideal in offices where files need to be retrieved by number, for example, purchase orders. These subject dividers are numbered, more commonly 1 – 10 but are available in smaller or larger packs also which makes numeric subject dividers suitable for a wide range of filing systems. You can choose from plain white numbered subject dividers and for colour coded filing systems or just to brighten up the lever arch files there are multi coloured indexes available.

• Alphabetical Subject Dividers – These types of subject dividers are marked A-Z. Alphabetical subject dividers are ideal for students or offices with small to medium amounts of records. Organizations with large filing systems usually require the aid of numbered subject dividers rather than alphabetical. Alphabetic subject dividers are also available in a range of pack sizes and in plain white as well as multi coloured to suit any personal preference or requirement. All of the subject dividers are designed to fit a variety of folders, ring binders and lever arch files as they are available in either multi punched form or unpunched to allow the user to customise as required.

• Calendar Subject Dividers – Calendar subject dividers are labeled from January – December and are commonly used in educational, commercial and home environments. These subject dividers are useful for organizing files by month for easy reference. Calendar subject dividers on HuntOffice.co.uk are available in A4 format and in manilla, buff or white with coloured tabs. Whatever your requirements, whether you want subject dividers to organise documents in your folder or need numbered subject dividers to organise an extensive filing system in the office you will find a range of subject dividers to suit here at Huntoffice.
