Lever Arch Files

Choosing a Lever Arch File:

• Size – First and foremost before choosing a Lever Arch File you should determine what it is exactly you will be using it for, the size of paper, how many sheets you intend to keep in it etc. The most popular size is A4 and widely used for filing purposes and by students alike. We have a huge selection of Foolscap size also; foolscap being an oversized A4 lever arch file. A foolscap sized lever arch file will prevent the A4 sheets from sticking out and getting torn or damaged. For filing purposes we also stock a range of lever arch file storage units of various sizes. These include corner storage units which are ideal where space is limited, storage modules and rotating platfiles.

• Material – This should also be an important factor when deciding on a lever arch file. We have wide variety of materials each of which would provide a different level of durability. Students for example would regularly carry around their lever arch files meaning there would be more wear and tear than if the lever arch file were to be used for filing or archiving purposes. For this reason plastic, polypropylene or laminated materials would be more suitable and provide the extra durability needed.

• Colour – Lever arch files don’t need to be boring. Choose a colour that reflects your personality or if used for filing, you can choose a colour scheme to blend in or stand out from the rest of the office interior. Here on HuntOffice.co.uk you will find a wide array of bright vibrant lever arch files as well as the more traditional colours. Some of these colours include blue, grey, black, red, green, yellow, white, purple, orange, pink, lime and raspberry. HuntOffice.co.uk delivers to locations throughout the UK, including Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Galway.

Here's what our customers are saying...

"Very good standard lever arch files, better quality than most of the files I have used in the past."

"I bought one of these lever arch files in each colour. I use them for college and they are brilliant. I take lots of notes and I still have plenty of space in each of the folders for more sheets. Fantastic value!"

"I am a huge fan of these esselte lever arch files, they can be used for ages."

"I have been using leitz lever arch files for a few years now and they are really worth spending a bit more than what you would pay for cheap unbranded ones. They are really strong and can be used for a number of years - I am still using most of the lever arch files that we bought 4 or 5 years ago."

"These are the classic blue lever arch files that you see in so many offices, I suppose the reason why they are so popular is that they are really strong and come with the 5 year warranty."

"I work as an accountant for years and have tried so many types of lever arch files throughout the years that could call myself an expert by now. There are some files we just store, but bearly need to look through them ever, but then there are the ones, i need to take out and reinsert on daily basis. I find this lever arch files with 180"

"Very good product, the 180"

"We used Leitz products for filing as long as I can remember, ran out of them recently, found great price deal at Huntoffice.uk, pleased with fast delivery, lever arch files arrived in perfect condition, so I guess we will be filing away now :)"
